When you touch the reader with a finger, FingerAuth Password Manager compares the scanned fingerprint with the ones already registered by you to verify your identity. Once it s confirmed, and only if so, your login information, such as your user name and password, is submitted to the website. Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 users who use DigitalPersona Password Manager 1.0 or 2.0 or DigitalPersona Personal 3.0.0 with Internet Explorer may also comfortably use FingerAuth Password Manager with no conflict between them. There s no need of uninstalling, reinstalling or modifying none of the programs: both coexist and integrate perfectly and work without any conflict in the same machine.
