Description: Easy-to-use automatic telephone and text reminder software with confirmation and built-in calendar scheduler. Ideal for time sensitive customer-based business, organizations and professional offices like doctor offices. The reminder messages can be appointments, meetings, medication, bill due, birthday greetings or any message of your creation. The reminder message includes attendee name, date and time, callback number, message confirmation and replay. Message uses human voice and or text to speech technology to convert text into voice over the phone.
Auto Reminder understands voice commands over the phone. Recipients can confirm, cancel, replay or leave messages. Detailed call status reports are created after the calls are made. This software is very easy to download, install and test. Once downloaded and installed, just click on the Auto Reminder icon on your desktop. The software will guide you through the appointment scheduling process and automatically dials out at your specified time. You can customize a voice message using Voicent Gateway telephone recording. No microphone needed!
It also includes a web interface access and command line interface which allows IT engineer to automate telephone reminder service with existing database and applications. The new dashboard-provided in Voicent s 9.0 release-enables even remotely located agents to instantly access Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data, click-to-call capabilities, SMS text messaging, click-to-email capabilities, and more.
