You can even import unsubscriber information and have it update your Contacts List automatically. Working with your Contacts List is as simple as working with a spreadsheet and you can split, combine, and export your List in a multitude of configurations of your choosing. Using eCM means that the one thing that makes your business money (i.e. your Contacts List) remains on your computer and is not accessible by any third party unless you wish it to be, that way you can be certain that your privacy policy and legal responsibilities are upheld.
