Description:

The "most powerful" utility to unlock and "securely erase" any file or folder despite any errors, including: -File Not Found: Error 2, ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND,(0x2), The system cannot find the file specified. File not found but it is actually there, just not accessible. -Path Not Found: Error 3, ERROR_PATH_NOT_FOUND,(0x3), The system cannot find the directory specified. Folder not found but it is actually there, just not accessible. -Access Denied: Error 5, ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED,(0x5), Access is denied. Permission Denied, The system cannot open the file, etc. -File In-Use: Error 32, ERROR_SHARING_VIOLATION,(0x20), Cannot Delete, File currently open in another process, etc. -File Is Locked: Error 33, ERROR_LOCK_VIOLATION,(0x21), The process cannot access the file because another process has locked a portion of the file. -Dir Not Empty: Error 145, ERROR_DIR_NOT_EMPTY,(0x91), The directory is not empty. Sub folders or files are not deleted yet. Deleting folder tree failed, etc. -Invalid Path: Error 161, ERROR_BAD_PATHNAME,(0xA1), The specified path is invalid. Path contains illegal characters.
