A free and open-source software application that implements virtual private network (VPN) techniques. 8 Download and install the latest portable setup where you want then run openvpn-portable.exe. If you have already installed OpenVPN™ from the original setup, move the following files : %USERPROFILE%OpenVPN* to data Then run openvpn-portable.exe and remove OpenVPN™ from your computer. Upgrade For an upgrade, simply download and install the latest portable setup.    Dependencies Before using OpenVPN™ portable you have to install the TAP driver. The setup file is located in appwin* ap-windows.exe.
