Users of Microsoft Outlook are given a very convenient opportunity to label their mail, contacts, calendar and task items for easy reference. In a workplace with multiple workstations where employees share Outlook data, there is a need to unify the categories so that an item entered on one computer will be labeled identically on all other machines. A solution is provided by CodeTwo, a software company developing applications based on Outlook and Exchange Server platforms, who has authored a small tool used for sharing categories in Microsoft Outlook on computers working in LAN as well as connected via Internet.
